Francis has a double Bachelor degree in Accounting and Applied Finance. She has broad commercial experience, including in finance in Optus Business for Government Department and Top 50 Commercial Customers, and she has also owned an exporting business and a retail restaurant in Auckland, New Zealand.
Francis is described by clients as down to earth and passionate. With her background in different industries, she has excellent communication skills and is able to connect with people of all backgrounds. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghai dialects.
